  • "The Hub" Building: Also located on Nguyen Van Linh Street, the 5-storey building at 21 Nguyen Van Linh St. is usually dubbed by students and staff members as "the Hub". This is because it is home to the Department of Financial Planning, where most of tuition fee, salary/wage, and other financial transactions are carried out. This building is also the first building of Duy Tan University when it first started out during the mid-1990s.

  • Hoa Minh Campus: This 3.5-ha (or 9-acre) campus of Duy Tan consists of a series of workshops, laboratories and studios for Architecture, Civil Engineering and vocational students. There is also a fitness center with an indoor mini-stadium, a basketball court, and three squash courts besides two outdoor football fields.

  • Hoa Cam Campus: In 2012, the City of Da Nang decided to grant 75 hectares (or 185 acres) of farm land in Hoa Cam to Duy Tan University so that DTU can develop into a strategic university in the region. This also makes Duy Tan the first private university in Vietnam to receive a major land grant from the local government.
